大學生一定經歷過的定律，就是期中或期末那週一定是超適合出遊的好天氣，像最近漸漸步入夏季，有陽光又不會熱的太黏膩，而同樣帶著初夏氣息的 Porches，就像喝下了一大口氣泡水，或是在派對上喝到加了太多伏特加的雪碧，快樂中參雜著辛辣甜味，有種獨特的青春快感。

專輯開頭的三首歌〈Lately〉、〈I Miss That〉和〈Okay〉，都在敲打的鼓聲和合成器上重複著相同的話，甚至〈Okay〉的副歌就是由 16 次的「Okay」組成，這也是近年來 #AaronMaine 創作歌曲的習慣，但不同於上一張《#RickyMusic》中像咒語般的氛圍，這張專輯更像是把重複的吟唱，作為情感鋪陳和表達的方式，在每一句相同的歌詞上起伏堆疊。

在〈Back3School〉當中 Aaron Maine 將自己切割成兩個角色，一個是準備回去上學的男孩，另一個是已經有家庭和小孩的丈夫，他嘗試將他的不安和未來可能的幸福混合，或許根本不需擔心內心潛在的焦慮，或許一切都會很好，但戛然而止的結尾卻發出像音響故障的聲響，Aaron Maine 焦慮與希望交錯的腦內思緒，似乎透過歌曲，和聽著歌曲的我們相互發酵。

All Day Gentle Hold ! is the fifth album from Aaron Maine and a celebratory collection of songs. Harder, faster, shorter and louder than any other Porches record, its direct and pointed, charged up and chaotic, described by Maine as “the most energetic, off-the-cuff moments, collaged together into the most captivating songs [he] could make.”
