美國巨星麥當娜的新專輯Madame X近日釋出了新歌“I Rise”，以佛羅里達州高中案槍擊案倖存者及學生領袖Emma González在March for Our Lives示威運動的演講作為開始，唱出了年輕人遭受政府輕視的心聲；像這位流行音樂天后所說，這歌曲也鼓勵所有人勇於說出心中想法：「我寫“I Rise”是為所有的邊緣人發聲。」

麥當娜這張第14張錄音室專輯預計於6月14日發行。同時，“I Rise”這首歌曲也是紀念發生至今已50週年的石牆事件──美國史上首場同性戀社群反抗政府迫害的社會運動。總是站在弱勢那邊、為其發聲的麥當娜在推出新曲“I Rise”不久後，也隨即獲具代表性的LGBTQ媒體組織GLAAD頒發「LGBT變革倡導者」獎。

我們絕不能忘記，以前的兄弟姐妹不能像我們一樣自由地慶祝。
石牆已成為歷史上的轉捩點，將LGBTQ的權利帶到公眾的討論之中，也喚醒了同志社會運動。
