現在進行形のサイケデリック・ロック・バンドとして世界的に活動するAcid Mothers Templeのリーダーである河端一。 同じくAcid Mothers Templeで活動を共にし、 想い出波止場などの活動でも知られる津山篤。RUINS、高円寺百景、是巨人などの活動を筆頭に、これまた世界的に様々な活動で知られる吉田達也。この３人からなるAcid Mothers Temple SWRが、ドクトル梅津バンドやRCサクセションでの活動でも知られる、日本を代表するサックス奏者、梅津和時と合体。 2009年1月25日秋葉原グッドマンにおけるライヴのマルチ録音をもとに、 若干のオーバーダブと吉田達也による編集・カットアップによりブラシュアップ。元々構築性のある即興演奏をさらにダイナミックに。 ひとつのグルーヴから新たなるグルーヴが次々と生まれ、伸縮自在でアグレッシヴな展開をみせる中、摩訶不思議なヴォイスに彩られたエスニックな序奏が畳み掛けるような変拍子に収束していくナンバーや、ゴングを想起させるスペイシーなトリップ・ミュージックから怒濤のハード・コア・プログレッシヴ・ロックに突入するナンバーなど、４人のインタープレイが緊張と弛緩を織り交ぜながら、宇宙的な一大音楽絵巻を繰り広げている。ロック、ジャズ、プログレッシヴ、サイケデリック、現代音楽、民族音楽など、ありとあらゆるジャンルを呑み込み、膨大な熱量を放ちながら疾走する濃縮ミクスチャー・ミュージック。

A live multitrack recording from 2009 of the collaboration of Acid Mothers Temple SWR – Kawabata Makoto, Tsuyama Atushi, and Yoshida Tatsuya – with saxophonist Umezu Kazutoki. The live recordings were reassembled in the studio to create this magnificent album, an epic release that is both intricate and driving, with unusual twists and turns and a sense of humor that all 4 bring to their many projects. The band borrows from the idioms of rock, jazz, progressive, psychedelic, and even traditional Japanese music, using structured work and improvisation in startling and enjoyable ways.
